Money will be directly credited to recipient's bank account
System generated an automated pin will be provided to the customer then he/she will inform that pin to the recipient. Recipient will go to pick cash instantly from desired bank or collection point with that pin and ID.
Need to bring the senders ID and money receipt. It takes maximum 3 working days to refund. Online and APP payment will be refunded to the same bank where the money was paid.
For any transaction either sending or receiving customer will need ID, i.e. Passport/driving licence / Government issued identity card. Online users have to upload the ID holding on hand. The ID will contain Photo, name, Date of birth and Nationality. Utility bills which would confirm the customers proof of address. Utility bills, such as: Water bills, telephone bills, gas bills, electricity bills or Council Tax bills govt. rates, GP letter or any Communications from Government departments such as: Letters from the Inland Revenue, court letter, the DSS, Department of Works & Pensions showing name and address. (Any evidence for address must be less than 3 months old)
Yes, you can. You have to follow our threshold limit. According to that in various stages you have to provide various documents such as, 1st ID then 2nd ID, proof of address, source of income, filling customer declaration form and declaration form any professional such as lawyer or accountant.
Yes we do. This is government rules. We have to keep record at least 5 years. We will store all customers’ record into the system and all hard copy will be saved for at least 5 years.
It's Free for Bangladesh but service charge for rest of the world depends on the country and amount of transaction.
